All this philosophy and nonsense about “how great it is to have a human body and how you’ve wasted your time if you don’t go for enlightenment” and blah blah blah from a million and one gurus and all their disciples, devotees, yoga teachers, healers and holy wannabes…..HONESTLY IT’S EMBARRASSING to see the fantasies we’ve all bought into. LIVE YOUR LIFE….IT’S ALWAYS WORTHWHILE (even tho it’s totally awesomely meaningless) without wanting so much passing air!!! And know that YOU ALWAYS DO/DID/WILL DO THE VERY BEST YOU COULD’VE, WOULD’VE, & SHOULD’VE!!!!! 

Just live your life…move along and just LIVE YOUR LIFE without all these ridiculous “what ifs” and “if only I could’ve” and “why can’t I be more…” and “I’ve got to get rid of my ego:” and “My meditations suck…” and “why can’t I be like my guru” and “what am I doing wrong” and “why do I eat junk” and “why can’t I keep my thoughts pure” and “how come I can’t be more refined” and “why don’t I have any money” and how come I always fail” and ON AND ON AND ON with the most stupid nonsense your mind can drum up TO KEEP YOU FROM BEING HAPPY: And accepting yourself exactly as you are.

GO OUTSIDE…OPEN YOUR EYES…LOOK AT THE TREES, THE SKY…Look at the birds!!!!…are they always questioning their existence? Always asking why they’re wasting their life? Why did they do that, or think that or feel that! 

FACE IT! You are no different then any life around you and you are made of the same material as the rest of the world and you come and go like everything ELSE in your life. 

So please, don’t think you’re so special, so holy, so ungodly, so magnificent that you can discover the secret of LIFE. YOU ARE THE SECRET OF LIFE. LIVE!! JUST LIVE UNTIL YOU DIE! OK?
