Q: Dvorahji:

A: Darling One:
There is no need to question every feeling or thought that you have (good or bad) – just move along from activity to activity. If you feel free – go have fun! What does it matter what you think or how you feel, it will change soon enough – enjoy all the good thoughts and feelings while they last – because they will change.

Our job, if we want to be at peace, is to keep moving along and not getting “stuck” on every good or bad thought, feeling or event we have. We keep moving, we keep smiling, we keep on keeping on.

We Let it all come, and then- We let it all go! and we are happy.

Love to the Infinite Degree…
“The Path is meaningless, and still there is a path. Life is meaningless and still there’s this “appearance” of a Life. It’s a mystery.”

Q: Querida Dvorahji…
Your words are alway so touching
Today with your writing about the path you brought tears to my eyes, because it is not only the words but the intensity you put behind them!
Blessings

A: Darling One: What you feel is that “AWE” that Magnificence, “How could this be possible?” The magic of it is overpowering if you sense that space of Massive Wonder. There is nowhere to go, nothing to do, just this incredible WONDER OF LOVE , how is all this possible? and then you surrender, because “you” will never know the answer. You will only BE the answer.

Namaste OM (love to the infinite degree)…

Ask Dvorahji: WHAT ABOUT CHAKRAS?

Dvorahji:
Chakras are a subject I have studied and explored for years. I teach chakra yoga to my students. There are lots of “experts” and chakra “healers” in this esoteric realm, offering the “wisdom” that will finally pull you out of the sludge.
*********************************************************************
But Dvorahji, they all seem to say the same thing . Americans want to experience the esoteric and are wild about my chakra yoga class. I want to offer them something more than what my American teacher experts have all taught me…

Darling One:
Have fun with your Chakra classes, and they do “pull you out of the sludge” temporarily, like all experiences. Having a good charkra experience is like having a yummy ice cream cone, It lasts while it lasts and then it’s gone. The problems happen, when people try to recreate a particular experience. Then it turns into trying and trying and misery and self-doubt and nonsense.

If you want to give your students more knowledge about their Charkra experience – let them know Chrakras are fun and to enjoy the deep relaxation and any other sensation or experience that might come up in that particular meditation. And be sure to tell them that after we have an experience, we move on to the next one. We don’t dwell on it or hunger and try to create it again. An experience is like a thought, it comes and then it goes – WE TAKE IT ALL AS IT COMES – AND WE LEAVE IT ALL WHEN IT GOES.

Our Goal here is to keep moving, without getting stuck on every piece of concept, thought or experience. Enjoy things while they last and move on. Charkra yoga is another discipline that people do to feel good and get centered and dissolve stress and on and on and on…and there’s nothing wrong with that, right? You’re providing a service. Just don’t get confused that Charkra yoga will “get you enlightened” . It might let you experience subtler/higher states of consciousness, (which by the way, also comes and goes) but it is not a permanent state of well-Being. It’s a temporary fix, like everything else we do to feel good and stay in balance.

I say have fun with all the Yogas and meditations, they’re all MAHVELOUS and serve their purpose. HOWEVER – if you want to BE FREE – REALLY FREE – then it’s really simply:

1. Life is a HAPPENING – it continues without any effort on your part, so keep moving.
2. IF IT COULD BE DIFFERENT, IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT, so accept things exactly as they are.
3. You are not the DOER, so relax and BE HAPPY.
4. Don’t worry! You couldn’t help it so forgive yourself, let it go and again BE HAPPY!

OK, love to all my Darling MAHVELOUS FRIENDS, your Dvorah-GEEEEE!
