Everything Comes & Goes…

The Most amazing realization is when you clearly see EVERYTHING COMES & GOES-Everything is happening holographically: STILL U can get overshadowed. Why? Because thoughts/feelings are insidious. They’re always doing their job. HOWEVER-KNOW that in the deepest hole-there’s this SPACE/THIS LOVE that suffering & circumstances of life CAN”T touch. THAT is UR Nature. IT IS ALWAYS HERE WITH YOU in the center of your life.

When you are suffering, when you are truly stymied about WTF is happening in your life; when there is no peace and nowhere to go….a prayer arises naturally and asks, “Dear God, what is happening here?”
And it’s this innocent, longing, surrendered prayer, born of suffering that leads you home to the PEACE/LOVE/SPACE that is your nature. So in fact, you are always NATURALLY taken care of.

ps. btw – you don’t have to be suffering to experience your Nature. You can be meditating, running, watching tv, yelling at the top of your lungs, or making love…A slight shift of attention/breath and HERE YOU ARE.

@Rajima: That is indeed a wonder, to spend this lifetime working with the mind and that keeps things interesting. Ha ha! 🙂 ♥
